The clients had reached out as they live in a beautiful waterfront community in Victoria Harbour. The homes in this waterfront community are beautiful, but all very similar in design and style. These clients were hoping to do a full refresh of their space, taking it from a traditional to a more modern space that better suits their lifestyle and personality.
Our solutions
The clients had very unique ideas with a very modern edge. Bold colours and sleek lighting to transform the open-concept kitchen, living and dining room.
These clients wanted very custom finishes unique to their style.
Upon further conversation and site visits, we planned a full renovation of the existing space. With a modern custom kitchen with high-tech details and bold colours and materials.
We ended up doing a full custom kitchen with quartz countertops – modern flat panel doors and custom integrated lighting throughout. All flooring doors and trim were replaced with staircase re-finishing. Custom-integrated wine cabinetry was designed for the staircase and a custom finished gas fireplace was created.
The results
The clients love their space and feel it better represents them and their personal style. They comment on the ease of living in a space that is so clean and organized with thoughtful and functional storage incorporated throughout.
