We do more in-house
By taking care of the entire renovation from design to construction to finishing, we are able to provide the highest quality finished product, while simplifying a stressful process for our clients.
- We handle 80-100% of renovations in-house with our skilled team.
- Cabinet and carpentry shop on site. All custom cabinetry is managed in-house; from manufacturing to design and installation.
- Hire and work with trusted sub-trades such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC specialists.
- Competitors may offer design and material selection but almost never incorporate the other aspects of the larger renovation itself. This leaves the client to coordinate other trades for rough construction, electrical, plumbing and finish work required.
- This allows us to control the quality, the aesthetic, the timelines and the budget for our clients.
