- Necessary permits and approvals from local authorities are obtained.
- Your project timeline and budget are finalized based on the design.

Construction preparation and execution
- The project transitions into the construction phase, starting with the clearance of the space, removal of existing fixtures, and addressing any structural issues identified during assessment.
- Construction begins following the approved plans and timeline.
- New structural elements, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are installed, with attention to drywall, flooring, and interior finishes.
- Fixtures, cabinetry, and appliances are installed.

Quality assurance and finalization
- Regular quality inspections are conducted to ensure the work meets high standards.
- Scheduled inspections by building authorities are arranged.
- The final touches are applied, including paint, finishes, trim, hardware, and accessories.
- The space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your occupancy.

- The Three Oaks team extends a flexible window for your project’s start date, allowing scope changes to be seamlessly integrated.
- After project completion, the team goes the extra mile to enhance your experience, cleaning the space and leaving a “reveal fashion” gift such as bottles of wine.
